Diversity / MBE Certificate
We were certified by the Supplier Clearinghouse in San Francisco effective March 2007. ITSource is comprised of Officers from both Asian and Hispanic backgrounds. This gives us a unique blend of cultural experiences, as well as a keen sensitivity to cultural differences.
We take pride in our ability to help various ethnicities come together to form a unified team to deliver world class results. We also feel it is our responsibility to promote equality in the work place by making sure to use recruiting strategies that do not discriminate against anyone, whether in a protected class or not.
ITSource also offers career and interview counseling to help people break out of any cultural constraints that they may have in an effort to help them become more successful in their work environments by embracing change while holding true to their beliefs. It is equally important for ITSource to educate our clients on how different ethnicities communicate so that they can be better equipped to interview a diverse pool of candidates and manage a diverse team.
Our goal to educate both sides is an effort to break the habits and stereotypes that hamper everyone's ability to succeed in a competitive business world.
