ITSource Technology is a fast growing Technology & Management Consulting firm that focuses on providing quality services to our clients, ranging from small to Fortune 100 companies. ITSource is comprised of professionals that understand the ever changing business needs of our clients as well as the career objectives of our consultants and candidates.
We focus on ensuring that we create a win-win situation for all parties involved by giving people all the facts of each situation in order to help them see everyone's perspective. ITSource has found that until a client can walk in a consultant or candidate's shoes and vise versa, there can not be long-term success, because at the end of the day our success is formed in these partnerships.
Since we are MBE Certified (Minority Owned Business Enterprise), we also promote hiring diverse employees and consultants to encourage equality in the workplace. ITSource Technology is a California State Certified Small Business as well. These certifications benefit our clients by helping them to stay in compliance with diversity and small business mandates from the Federal and State level.
