Chief Executive Officer
Brian Arellanes, CEO & Chairman, founded ITSource to create an environment that follows his vision for a diverse and creative solution to professional services. His goal was to create a company that can provide quality services with a personal touch while at the same time give back to the community by aligning the company's goals with charitable causes. He has more than 15 years of experience in providing management and consulting services for industry leading Fortune 100 and 500 companies, as well as the Government Sector including: Department of Homeland Security, DoD and other various State and Federal contracts. Brian has worked for multi-billion dollar professional services companies in addition to helping lead start-ups to achieve award winning status. Brian's passion for water and energy conservation has also led him to take part in founding International Renewables, Inc. (IRC) and US Innovations, Inc. (USI). Brian has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in HR and Business Management from CSU, Chico. This educational foundation and industry experience has enabled him to look at the reasons why people make their decisions and then use industry best practices to advise them on the most prudent plan of action.
Chief Operations Officer
Nina Do, COO, was brought in as an officer of the company to improve operational standards as well as help ITSource achieve its aggressive goals and philanthropic projects. Nina has 20+ years of experience in Client Services and Marketing where she last held the position of Vice President in the Advertising and Marketing Industry. She focused on diverse markets to create awareness for companies and government agency programs in multi-cultural segments. Nina has a long history of success from industry leaders like Jack Nadel and Lord, Denstsu & Partners. Her experience in leading projects, managing services and finding creative solutions made her a perfect match for leading the operations of ITSource. In addition to her notable accomplishments throughout her career, she also has a BFA in Advertising & Graphic Design and a Master's Degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
Executive Vice President
Matt Whitmarsh, EVP, joined the ITSource Leadership Team to complement their depth in technical and business project delivery while also bringing expertise in financial analysis, forecasting and organizational change management for his role as Treasurer on the company's Board. His vision of providing superior hands-on service in the highly competitive professional services and systems integration markets meshes well with the overall vision of ITSource. Matt has proven success leading the delivery of large-scale projects including: enterprise class custom applications, data center implementations, on-going operations, program management, change management and account management. Over the past 10+ years while at EDS/HP he has served in leadership roles overseeing diverse teams of hundreds of resources located around the globe, for which he successfully delivered award winning enterprise systems. Mr. Whitmarsh has a Bachelor's in Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara, has a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and is PMP Certified from the Project Management Institute.
Vice President
Sammuel Washington, VP, brings proven leadership and technical depth to ITSource from prior leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente, Northrop Grumman, and IBM. His extensive success and 20+ years of technology planning and delivery background includes computer hardware component processing and production, application & software development/deployment, network & systems infrastructure design and implementation, Global Web/ERP/CRM/B2B enterprise build and implementation, as well as security and disaster recovery planning. Sam has successfully guided and supervised architecture, delivery, implementation, migration, re-hosting, enhancement, and expansion of a variety of complex, large, distributed, and global systems. They include web content delivery, financial transaction and data management, marketing and customer information, consumer health reporting, business and government process reporting, mass data storage, social networks, enterprise performance monitoring, and security access management. Mr. Washington graduated from University of California, Davis with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, has a Master's Degree in Theology from the Sacramento Theological Seminary and has undergone several business and technical training certification programs.
